Our HAF Clubs are funded by Staffordshire County Council
10-16 Years Old
We typically work with young people in secondary school. Our youth practitioners are experienced in youth work to support young people during these transitionary years.
Youth Club Vibes
With funding from Staffordshire County Counil, we provide youth club type environments. This means that environment is informal, friendly, and somewhat less "structured" than HAF clubs designed for younger ages.
Key Features of a Youth Club
Safe environment: A place where teens can hang out, meet new people, and be themselves without pressure.
Social activities: Games, sports, movie nights, music, trips, and themed events.
Educational programmes: Workshops on life skills, leadership, health, career guidance, or help with schoolwork.
Support services: Mentoring, mental health support, or advice on relationships, identity, and other challenges.
Creative opportunities: Arts, music, dance, drama, media production, etc.
Our Policies
Although funded by Staffordshire County Council, we are not part of the council. Therefore as an approved provider, we have our own policies and procedures. If you'd like to access our policies relating to delivery of HAF Clubs, please click the policy name below.

Access
All young people must be signed up using the EEQU portal. HAF clubs are funded by Staffordshire County Council for young people in receipt of Free School Meals. If eligible, your booking will be approved.
If a young person arrives at our youth club without being on the EEQU platform, we will follow all necessary steps as per our Safeguarding and Child Protection policy to ensure we gain parental consent. To summarise, our theory on this is that a young person is safer under our duty of care than they would be on the street if we were to turn them away. More information can be found in our policies.
