Complete the information below to sign-up your young person.
The cost is £1 per player per week. Teams are entered before the start date, with players committing to 5 weeks of games, therefore £5.
The league is delivered by a team of experienced youth workers and football coaches from Dizzy Heights CIC and Stoke City Community Trust.
