5-a-side National Qualifier
8 teams, top two qualify!
Available to young people in school years 9 and 10, this qualifier tournament is an opportunity to progress to a national tournament held at Manchester City’s training ground.
The qualifier will be held at Powerleague Excel on Thursday 19th June, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
The top two teams will be invited to a national tournament on the 9th and 10th August, which will include a residential stay at Keele University – funded by Coalfields Regeneration Trust.
Registrations are on a first come, first served basis. Once 8 teams have been registered, the submissions form will be closed.
Team Registration
Each team must submit their team name, captain name, captain's contact details and squad player names. Each team can have a maximum of 6 registered players. Please use form below to submit registration.
Contact Details
After successful registration, the captain will be contacted by a member of Dizzy Heights to obtain some further information from the team.
